This role is specialized in Med Surg and offers the opportunity to work in a long-term care environment focusing on older adults, including geriatric residents with wound care needs. No acute care involvement is required.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide direct patient care for 20 residents, with oversight for 8-10 residents per LPN and 4-6 per CNA
• Conduct assessments and implement nursing plans of care
• Document patient information effectively
• Administer medications accurately
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality of care

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) Years Experience in Long Term Care
• BLS Certification (AHA ONLY)
