Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Answering and screening incoming phone calls
  • Coordinating and sharing information across teams and departments
  • Organizing and maintaining digital filing systems
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments and events
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and staff
