Compensation: $37.00 - $43.50 per hour, depending on experience, with an additional $2.75 per hour for NIGHT SHIFT differentials.

Work Schedule: Full-Time Nights from 6 PM to 6 AM; 72 hours per pay period.

Qualifications (What You Bring)

• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. This role involves organizing, directing, and executing shift routines within the designated nursing unit, as well as overseeing and evaluating the activities of staff as the designated “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act. The nurse will also take on “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

• Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
• Oversee Resident Care Functions.
• Manage Charting, Documentation, and Assessment Functions.
• Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as required.
