Job Description & Requirements Job Title: MSK Radiologist Start Date: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F with call rotation (back up to ED) Pay Rate: $430,000.00 - $480,000.00 Department of Radiology at the Joe R and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio seeks a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist. The position is a faculty appointment ranging from Assistant Professor to Professor / clinical rank and includes clinical, teaching, and research duties. The successful candidate will provide services at University Hospital, Medical Arts and Research Center, UT Health Hill Country, and other affiliated facilities serving as regional referral centers for trauma, oncology, surgery, general medicine, and organ transplantation. Qualifications: Medical degree and completion of an accredited residency program. ABR certification or eligibility with appointment start date. Fellowship training in MSK radiology. Ability to obtain a Texas State Medical License before the start date. Competency in diagnostic radiology and musculoskeletal image-guided procedures. Responsibilities: Provide clinical care to patients, interpreting musculoskeletal imaging studies. Teach medical students and oversee/mentor residents in musculoskeletal imaging. Participate in research projects. Attend and contribute to teaching and patient management conferences. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.
