Duties

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality standards
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas to meet health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Experience

• Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred but not required.
• Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry
• Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills, meal preparation, and food handling safety protocols
• Experience with menu planning and catering operations is a plus
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety standards required for maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
