- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
- Assemble, position, and fasten components using hand and power tools.
- Verify measurements and tolerances using precision instruments (e.g., calipers).
- Drill, tap, and prep bolt holes per spec.
- Align and fit parts using fixtures/templates; inspect and adjust final units to meet tolerances and customer requirements.

What youb9ll bring- HS diploma or GED.
- Significant electromechanical assembly background.
- Extensive wiring experience.
- Proven ability to interpret and build from schematic drawings.
- English fluency (read, speak, write).
- Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork.
- Fast learner with solid follow-through.
- Lift 35 lbs.
- Stand, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
