Program Manager

This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. What We Are Looking For Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Providing leadership, management and direction to a staff who support personnel involved in real property, facilities management Initiating, managing, planning, scheduling, and implementing construction projects of varying complexity Coordinating and integrating activities with senior management and program managers in providing effective solutions Providing advice to senior level management involving the adoption of new procedures and programs to improve efficiency of operations Documenting experience: In describing your experience, please be clear and specific.
