We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Current hours needed: 1- 5 pm/ Monday through Friday Check out our Instagram: @insurancenorthcounty Responsibilities Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in social media content creation. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Support the Agent in an administrative/assistant role. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Be willing and able to obtain an insurance license within 30 days – because we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and expertise to best serve our customers. We’re offering a sign-on bonus of up to $500 after licensing completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
