Toyota of Des Moines is looking for a high-energy, high-quality Business Development Representative to join our service team. The Business Development Representative's primary responsibility is contacting all leads from multiple sources and setting appointments with our clients. Responsibilities: Excellent organizational and self-motivating skills Excel in appointment setting Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills Exhibits excellent oral and written communication abilities Learn and maintain all company call guides regarding inbound/outbound calls Adhere to all company policies and procedures Logging all customer details and comments in contact management system Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, courteous, and personable demeanor Previous outbound call experience required Task-oriented with the ability to follow direction and work independently Must be at least 18 years old to apply Have a valid Iowa Driver's License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and background screening 1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year) 12 days Paid Time Off per year (after 6 months) Health, Visions, and Dental Insurance Tenure!
