Senior Actuarial Data Analyst

To support impactful healthcare initiatives, the full-time Senior Actuarial Data Analyst will develop and maintain financial reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain reports and analytics to support financial decision-making Lead medical claims reinsurance reporting and support the preparation of provider group financial statements Utilize advanced tools to create customized dashboards and automate reporting processes for efficient metric monitoring Required qualifications Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an actuarial role focused on claims reserves and IBNR estimation Proficiency in technical tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python Experience in performing complex data analysis and developing reports in a healthcare setting Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
