Job Title: TIG Welder / Fabricator

CAN INTERVIEW IMMEDIATELY (VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON)
Essential Skills

• Proven TIG welding experience in stainless steel, including the ability to produce clean, high-quality welds in horizontal and vertical positions.
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication, including cutting tube, grinding, polishing, bending, and assembly.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, project plans, and weld symbols.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly and fabrication instructions accurately.
• Proficiency using measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors, with a solid understanding of both metric and imperial systems of measurement.
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry to layout and fabrication tasks.
• Ability to perform accurate layout work for fabrication and assembly.
• Capability to operate welding equipment and common metalworking machinery such as band saws, drill presses, punch presses, bar and pipe benders, brakes, grinders, and polishers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and resolve practical issues in the shop.
• Ability to meet high production demands while consistently producing high-quality work.
• Ability to safely lift up to sixty pounds as part of daily duties.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
• Ability and willingness to follow and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Reliable attendance, a sense of urgency in completing tasks, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of COLUMBIA, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
