Responsibilities and Work Environment PTs keep their own caseload (no switching between staff unless the therapist is on vacation and the patient is fresh post op) No aides treating patients – they only help with setting up warm up and ice if needed No double booking patients No PTA's to oversee 3 other PTs at our location Women owned facility Injury vs. surgery mix is about 60/40 that time of year (we do a lot of joint replacements) We have a main treatment gym and then 3 private rooms.
