Clinical Admissions Liaison - Drive Referrals & Care

Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinical Liaison in Austin. You will build referral networks, coordinate intake and pre-admission screening, and perform on-site clinical judgments to assess admission needs. Applicants should hold clinical licensure (RN/LVN/PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP/RT or MSW) and have EMR experience, with a valid driver's license.
