CT Technologist - Weekend Option

Role: CT Technologist responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience at a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Perform CT procedures following department guidelines, capturing diagnostic images with expertise. Operate imaging equipment independently, maintaining diagnostic quality while minimizing radiation dose. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and equipment, report issues promptly. Obtain patient history, verify orders, and identify patients accurately before exams. Explain procedures, prep, and post-care using AIDET, addressing patient questions and reducing anxiety. Provide patient comfort, privacy, and safety, administering contrast and positioning patients correctly. Review and ensure image quality, document procedures accurately, and finalize studies in RIS/PACS. Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and support department operations. Maintain a clean, organized workflow, support regulatory compliance, and assist with clerical tasks. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. At least 1 year of radiology experience.
