Executive Assistant

This role serves as a key support partner to the President/CEO and executive leadership team while helping maintain efficiency across day-to-day operations. Job Summary
Bank of Franklin County in Washington, MO is seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our President/CEO and senior leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while managing sensitive and confidential information.

Duties

• Manage daily operations of the President/CEO’s office
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
• Prepare and manage confidential correspondence and Board materials
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership, Board of Directors, and staff
• Coordinate and support offsite meetings and events—including Community Council advisory board meetings, company events, and outreach initiatives—with flexibility to assist outside normal business hours.
• Screen calls, visitors, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain organized records, reports, and office systems
• Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter, proactively anticipating needs and taking initiative with minimal direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Administrative degree or equivalent experience preferred
