Packaging Engineering Intern
$20 - $35 per hourStryker Sustainability
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on new technologies, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements for product development
- Utilize CAD, FEA, and testing lab tools to design and improve medical device products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product needs, goals, and improvement opportunities
- Design and build test fixtures to simulate real-world product performance scenarios
- Document complex engineering processes and present findings in clear formats
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical, mechanical, or related engineering field
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above, verified at hire
- Legally authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with collaborative ability
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with eagerness to learn
Compensation: $20-$35 hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays, paid housing or living stipend
