Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Summary Verse Medical is looking for a Senior Talent Advisor to build and scale our recruitment capabilities. This role will lead executive search, talent strategy, and process improvement to support rapid growth in the health‑tech sector. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end executive & critical searches for senior‑level, highly specialized technical roles. Partner directly with C‑suite and VP‑level leadership to design organizational structures, advise on market trends, and build long‑term, scalable workforce plans. Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, elevate team performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Drive process innovation across the hiring lifecycle, including optimizing the ATS (Ashby), designing structured interview frameworks, and establishing employer branding campaigns. Own capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline forecasting; analyze recruiting metrics and present actionable insights to executives. Champion candidate experience standards organization‑wide, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. Required Qualifications 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment; executive search and in‑house recruitment strongly preferred. Deep passion for the health‑tech landscape and ability to source and assess candidates for diverse roles. Proven ability to build and scale recruiting processes with an understanding of talent‑acquisition best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with capability to think critically and creatively to solve complex recruiting challenges. Passion for our mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
