Sr Talent Acquisition Partner

Sr Talent Acquisition Partner Travel – up to 10% of time. Hybrid – office and remote. 4 days in office (Monday‑Thursday) and Fridays as remote work. Location: New York, New York, United States. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle professional recruitment from intake to offer acceptance, focusing on efficiency and quality of hire. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop selling points, and design consistent assessment strategies based on labor market research. Drive continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging market and talent insights to guide sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and deliver quarterly recruitment updates to leadership. Participate in annual Talent Acquisition projects such as process optimization, technology reviews, and implementation of new tools. Execute innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights) to engage passive talent, build pipelines, and reduce time‑to‑fill. Develop targeted attraction strategies, leveraging the company's employer brand to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client‑specific talent agendas. Required Qualifications 6+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience. Experience driving continuous improvement, including identifying gaps and implementing data‑driven solutions. Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail. Proficiency collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles within a large, global organization. Consultation and influencing skills, with a proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders. Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and regional employment laws. Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without requiring sponsorship. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 USD. Salary determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching subject to eligibility. Additional benefits: minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours), 13 paid holidays (pro-rated based on hire date), and paid sick leave adjusted for role and location per local laws.
