Responsibilities:

• You'll spend your days overseeing the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
• You'll develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• You'll analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• You'll foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• You'll conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your sales team.
• You'll maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.

Requirements:  

• Required: Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
• Required: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends.
• Preferred: Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
