Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Elevance Psychiatric Medical Group, INC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for clients experiencing various mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate established best practices.

• Administering an array of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, appropriately adapting techniques for each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care for all clients.

• Contributing to an atmosphere of continuous improvement by participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to enhance understanding and accessibility.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
