This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and serving as the first point of contact for all customer and visitor interactions. Responsibilities

• Manage reception area and greet visitors professionally
• Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Coordinate visitor access and maintain visitor logs
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Process incoming and outgoing mail promptly
• Manage office supplies and replenish as needed
• Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism

• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support
