You are highly social with a massive battery. You can be coordinating inspectors, lenders, title, movers, handymen, contractors, photographers, buyer agents, brokers, and insurance agents inside the same hour, and still have energy left for the seller who needs a phone call at 5pm. You are a strong negotiator. Buyer agents will push. You push back. You know when to hold the line and when to protect the deal. You fight for the seller without blowing up the transaction. You are wildly organized. Nothing falls through the cracks when you are running the file. Deadlines, documents, showings, feedback, follow ups. All handled. All visible. Nothing forgotten. You are a problem solver. When a title issue pops up or an appraisal comes in low or a seller goes quiet, your brain goes straight to the solution. Your listing agent should be able to hand you the reins on 90% of what happens day to day and know it will get done at a higher level than they could do it themselves. What you'll do Work directly alongside one of our high volume listing agents and essentially run their business. Manage the entire pipeline of active listings. Coordinate every vendor and party on every transaction. Communicate with homeowners with warmth, clarity, and confidence. Attend appointments in the field. Handle the negotiations that come up along the way with buyer agents, inspectors, and everyone in between. Solve problems before they become problems. Push every deal forward every single day. Your listing agent focuses on going on new listing appointments and building relationships. You focus on everything else.
