Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Work alongside sales agents to navigate their clients through property showings Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients’ search criteria Develop and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads Participate in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards Engage in team activities and uphold team standards Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Utilize PLACE Technology for task and activity management Qualifications People-oriented Exudes a positive, joyful attitude Comfortable with significant driving responsibilities Adept at identifying clients’ needs and pairing them with the right properties Keen to learn and grow Motivated, with a proven track record of success Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent Licensed in real estate Real Estate License required to join the team (but not to apply). #J-18808-Ljbffr Bethany Nelson Real Estate Group
