IT Services Director

Salary: $90,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 10+ years of progressively responsible information technology experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technical expertise.
• We are looking for prior experience in IT managed services.

• We require a related bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• We need strong technical capability in troubleshooting server-based systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services, Hyper-V, VMware, antivirus platforms, and enterprise backup tools.
• We expect solid knowledge of workstation and server hardware, software, peripherals, and storage solutions.
• We require working knowledge of Office 2010/2012/2016, Office 365, domain and workgroup environments, DNS, AD, internet connectivity, mail flow, WAN/ISP architecture, and backup and recovery planning.
• We need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• We value the ability to motivate others, build strong working relationships, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
• We expect strong organizational skills, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
• We require the ability to remain calm under pressure and to schedule occasional evening or weekend work.
• We require a valid drivers license in the state of residence and a reliable personal vehicle.

• We interpret organizational policies, procedures, and goals for our staff.
• We support employee performance, training, and career development.
• We follow guidance from executive leadership.
• We identify potential sales opportunities and route them to the appropriate team members.
• We maintain accurate daily timesheets and expense reports.
• We handle administrative scheduling and reporting to support our fiscal goals.
• We implement new technology as needed.

We are seeking a Director, IT Services to lead our Management department in a full-time role with minimal travel. This position reports to the Director, Operations & Finance and oversees our Information Technology Group. The role combines technical leadership, team development, customer satisfaction, and operational oversight in a fast-moving managed services environment. The position also requires occasional evening or weekend availability, use of computer and office equipment, and a calm, professional approach in a demanding work setting.
