Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and to be BC within 1 year of employment) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
• MD or DO
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa - REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exception, required at presentation
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible
