Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct OT treatment segments aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions, aligned with department goals.
- Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to group-based treatment sessions for adults.
- Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, implement interventions, and document progress in the medical record using Epic; Cerner experience is a plus.
- Collaborate with the care team to address functional needs across acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and cardiovascular populations; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and documentation standards in a busy inpatient setting.
- Ensure timely communication with therapists, nursing, physicians, and family to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California OT license
- Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neurology, ICU, and Cardiovascular populations
- Epic electronic health record experience required; Cerner experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient acute care environment
- Travel assignment readiness and ability to adhere to facility policies and related regulations
