Production Operator

From the intake of end-of-life tires to the production of clean, consistent raw materials, we aim to reduce environmental impact at every step.Summary:The Operator works in the Production department and will learn over time multiple areas of responsibility in the Production process. This may include Shredders, Granulators, Bagging, Tower and in the Millrooms.Starting pay is at $18.69 an hour, (plus an additional $1.44 per hour if Quarterly Bonuses are met at 100%) and overtime at 1.5 times wage and a night shift differential pay of $0.75 per hour when working during the hours of 7PM – 7AMQuarterly bonus based on meeting department goals.We go by a pay ladder, with certain steps/skills of the plant learned there is a compensation structure.After 30 days of employment:Genan will provide all uniforms and the cleaning of those uniformsAt the first of the month following 30 days of employment:Genan provides Medical, Dental and Vision coverage paid at 100% by the company for the employeeAfter 90 days of employment:You will be eligible to participate in the Genan 401k plan, in which the company contributes up to 3%.Life insurance is provided at no cost to you at 1x your annual salary with a $50,000 maxShort Term Disability and Long Term Disability will be provided and paid 100% by GenanYou begin earning PTO (Paid Time Off) the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment. It is accrued on a bi-weekly basis with a total accrual of 15 days for the first year.
