Sales and Marketing Professional for AI Evaluation

Role Overview
Design realistic enterprise go-to-market evaluation tasks used to test AI systems against the complexity of Fortune 500 sales and marketing operations. You will create high-fidelity GTM scenarios, produce model outputs that reflect senior operator thinking, and write rubrics that separate deep enterprise judgment from rote playbook recall.
Key Responsibilities- Construct enterprise sales scenarios for deals at or above $1M annual contract value, including multi-stakeholder buying committees and complex procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
- Build marketing tasks that cover large-scale brand strategy, enterprise account-based marketing, demand generation at scale, customer lifecycle programs, and category positioning for F500 brands.
- Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios that reflect typical Fortune 500 technology stacks, including Salesforce Enterprise, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
- Apply enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management, to produce reference deal strategies, account plans, and executive-level narratives.
- Author rubrics and scoring criteria that distinguish authentic enterprise GTM judgment from generic or superficial responses.
- At least 5 years of experience selling, marketing, or leading RevOps in a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor, for example Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, or AWS, or within a Fortune 500 brand or marketing organization, for example P&G, JPMorgan, Unilever, Microsoft, or PepsiCo.
- Direct ownership or leadership of Fortune 500 accounts, major brand campaigns, or large-scale demand programs.
- Fluency with enterprise GTM tooling and methodologies, and a practical understanding of how Fortune 500 budgets, procurement, and legal review processes operate.
- Experience authoring rubrics, sales enablement curricula, or training content is a plus.
Remote engagement, hourly employment type. Contributors will produce evaluation tasks, reference outputs, and rubrics for enterprise GTM scenarios.
Compensation$60 to $70 per hour.
