Marketing and Content Operations Professional for AI Workflow Evaluation

Role Overview

Help improve AI-powered marketing and content workflows by applying hands-on enterprise MarTech and creative operations expertise. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating how AI systems support campaign execution, content management, analytics, connected workplace tools, and digital experiences. No previous AI experience is required, your professional domain expertise is the focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-powered workflows for marketing operations, content management, and campaign execution.
• Test integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms, including Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and related systems, identifying friction and inefficiencies.
• Evaluate the accuracy, relevance, and usability of AI-supported content, campaign, and analytics workflows.
• Document findings, recommendations, and workflow-improvement opportunities based on hands-on testing.
• Identify and flag flawed campaign, approval, or data workflows produced through AI-driven processes.
• Contribute real-world feedback that helps train and refine next-generation AI systems for enterprise marketing environments.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and fellow subject-matter experts to share findings, develop best practices, and participate in feedback or knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in marketing operations, MarTech, content operations, creative operations, or digital experience management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing and content platforms, particularly Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, or comparable tools.
• Experience using generative AI tools professionally, such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Cowork, or Claude Code.
• Proficiency with digital asset management, campaign management, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with integrations across connected enterprise systems, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills for recognizing process gaps, errors, and workflow-optimization opportunities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting findings to technical and business audiences.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $80 per hour.
