The Role
We are looking for Japanese-speaking professionals with experience in running or supporting small businesses (e.g., bakery, beauty salon, barber shop, clothing shop, etc) to join an AI evaluation project focused on real-world business operations. You will work on assessing how effectively modern AI systems handle practical SMB scenarios across areas such as customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research.
In this role, you will create realistic business prompts, interact with multiple AI systems, and evaluate the quality of their outputs. The work involves reviewing both text and visual content, analyzing AI-generated responses, and providing structured feedback based on usefulness, clarity, and accuracy. Strong understanding of small business workflows , AI tools , and business problem-solving is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic prompts based on common small business situations and goals
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare response quality
- Evaluate outputs based on accuracy , clarity , usefulness , and business relevance
- Review AI-generated visual and written business content
- Assess workflows involving spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business documents
- Provide structured comparative feedback and scoring
- Submit completed evaluation reports and conversation transcripts
- Test AI handling of customer communication and operational scenarios
- Contribute business insights related to marketing, research, and financial planning
- Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards
