Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an Litigation Paralegal in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience and a strong understanding of case management, discovery, court filings, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, trial binders, witness files, and other trial materials.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Manage document production, discovery responses, and case files.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain accurate case calendars and ensure compliance with court rules and filing deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
