About the Role

As a Canvasser for K&H Home Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, engaging with potential customers directly at their homes. This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for sales, a passion for meeting new people, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and build interest in our home remodeling services, serving as the initial touchpoint between the community and our brand.

What You'll Do

• Utilizing a company-provided sales strategy app to identify potential customers, conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to introduce our services and gather leads
• Provide potential clients with information about our company and the benefits of our services
• Always maintain a positive and professional image of the company
• Meet or exceed set performance targets for lead generation and sales
• Record and report feedback from potential customers to help improve marketing strategies
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies
• Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends to reach potential clients when they are most likely to be home

What You Bring

Required:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or marketing preferred
• A proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles
• Positive mental attitude, reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example in the field
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Reliable transportation to travel around the Denver metro area

Compensation

• 100% Commission:
