Responsibilities include: Responsible for item setup and maintenance requirements, including copy, images, videos, and other digital assets needed to optimize the retailer’s customer facing product display pages Assist with website content creation and asset management Collaborate directly with brand and retailer teams to obtain and communicate accurate information Assist with all support related tasks, for example, managing promotional trackers Shadow an analyst and attend meetings with both retailers and brands to learn business before taking on own brands Manage the purchase order process, including communication with internal and external partners Manage promotional funding and interpret associated analytics Run weekly, monthly reports Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior experience in retail environment, required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics Business proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Exceptional follow‑through of tasks Ability to adapt to shifting priorities Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN (3 days per week in office) What we offer: We provide competitive salaries and benefits to make sure you and your families are taken care of.
