Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Designer with an exceptional portfolio, an obsessive eye for detail, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most recognized hotel, resort, and hospitality brands in the world, creating experiences, identities, and campaigns that shape how people discover, experience, and remember a destination. Our work spans the full spectrum of hospitality branding, from full brand development and visual identity to integrated campaigns and digital experiences. You’ll be involved from the earliest stages of an idea through final execution, helping define the creative direction and bringing sophisticated, strategically driven concepts to life. We’re looking for someone who understands that great hospitality design is about more than making something beautiful. It’s about creating a sense of place, desire, emotion, and experience. You’ll work alongside creative directors, strategists, writers, and other designers to develop work that is culturally relevant, visually distinctive, and built to perform in the real world. What You’ll Work On BRAND DEVELOPMENT Help create and evolve brands from the ground up. You’ll contribute to the development of brand strategy, visual language, design systems, and the creative expression that defines a brand. IDENTITY Develop sophisticated visual identities for hotels, resorts, restaurants, destinations, and hospitality experiences. From logos and typography to color, imagery, graphic systems, and applications, you’ll help build identities designed to live across every guest touchpoint. CAMPAIGNS Develop big creative ideas and integrated campaigns that capture attention and drive desire. You’ll translate concepts across print, digital, social, advertising, environmental, and experiential applications while maintaining a cohesive brand expression. Design digital experiences that bring hospitality brands to life. Think websites, social, digital campaigns, guest communications, and other touchpoints where brand and experience intersect. ENVIRONMENTAL & COLLATERAL Extend brand identities into the physical world through signage, wayfinding, collateral, menus, in-room materials, property experiences, and other guest-facing applications. MOTION Motion graphics and animation experience is a strong plus . We’re increasingly bringing hospitality brands to life through movement, animation, and dynamic digital experiences. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and encourage exceptional creative concepts and design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Participate in projects ranging from full brand development and identity systems to campaigns and individual creative assignments . Translate strategic thinking into compelling visual concepts and design systems. Help establish the creative tone, visual language, and overall aesthetic of client projects. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, Writers, and clients throughout the creative process. Present and clearly articulate creative concepts, design decisions, and rationale. Produce highly polished work across multiple mediums and platforms. Maintain consistency and integrity across complex brand systems and numerous guest touchpoints. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high standard of craft. Take ownership of projects and confidently make design decisions independently. Contribute ideas beyond the brief and actively push the work forward. Stay current with emerging design, hospitality, cultural, and visual trends. Share knowledge, provide thoughtful feedback, and help elevate the work of the creative team. Mentor and support junior designers when appropriate. Required Skills & Abilities 7+ years of professional graphic design experience , preferably within a branding, advertising, or design agency. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking and design craft. A strong understanding of luxury branding and hospitality design . Experience developing brands and visual identities from concept through implementation. Experience creating integrated campaigns and translating ideas across multiple mediums. Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills. Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn strategy into compelling creative. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with digital design and presentation software. Motion graphics, animation, or video experience is a plus . An obsessive attention to detail and a high standard for design craft. Ability to work collaboratively while also being confident working independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt to changing requirements, shifting deadlines, and fluid priorities. A genuine curiosity about hospitality, travel, architecture, food, culture, fashion, and design . Most importantly, a passion for creating work that is beautiful, distinctive, strategic, and memorable . Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of professional design experience. Agency experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with hospitality, travel, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly valued. Proven experience working on complex brand development and identity projects. Experience presenting creative work to clients and internal teams. What We’re Looking For We’re not simply looking for someone who can execute a brief. Working Conditions Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Primarily remote (must reside in Nevada) with opportunities for on-location work in Phoenix. Occasional travel may be required, including overnight travel. Ability to work in fast-paced creative environments with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
