Responsibilities: Perform Residential Fiber installations Observe all safety rules and regulations Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested Convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers Accountable and dependable (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed) Ask relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions Assume all other duties as assigned Requirements: Technician must have a truck van or SUV capable of transporting tools, equipment, and a 28’ ladder Comfortable working at heights no greater than 25’ Must be able to safely move and lift up to 80lbs. Must have their own tools (drills and standard telecommunications hand tools) to perform the job as well as an Android smart phone and Windows 10 laptop Must have leather‑up boots above ankle with minimum 1/2" non‑slip heel.
