The Sales Manager for the Parking Lot Safety product line is responsible for driving sales growth across all U.S. territories and customer types. This role manages national traffic-safety distributor networks, online industrial marketplaces, private-label opportunities, and direct end-user business with various sectors. The position is based at the Lockport, NY factory or Buffalo, NY sales office and involves inside sales and product specialization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of the Parking Lot Safety product line across all U.S. territories.

• Manage national traffic-safety distributor network and online marketplaces such as Amazon Business and GSA Advantage.

• Engage in direct end-user business with property managers, retail operators, contractors, and small commercial accounts.

• Serve as the sales lead and product manager for the Parking Lot Safety vertical.

• Gather customer and channel feedback and collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to evolve the product line.

• Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a high-velocity sales environment.

• Expand and activate the reseller/distributor channel.

• Conduct customer evaluations, focusing on vendor performance and future plans.

Essential Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, channel/distributor sales, or account management.

• Experience managing reseller/distributor channels and e-commerce marketplaces.

• Familiarity with traffic-safety, parking, property-management, construction, or facilities-supply industries.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Ability to learn and master technical knowledge of parking-lot safety products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.

• Self-starter, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.

• Proactive in prospecting past customers and strategic resellers.

• Comfortable with numbers, pricing, margins, and volume quoting.

• Working knowledge of purchasing and inventory control within ERP systems.

Work Environment

The role requires working 100% on-site at either the Lockport, NY factory or Buffalo, NY sales office. The work involves managing a large pipeline of open quotes and engaging with clients from various locations. The environment is high-transaction-count and high-velocity, with a focus on maintaining professional networks and continuous learning through workshops and trade publications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockport, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
