ServiceNow ITSM Tech Lead

ServiceNow IRM / BCM / TPRM Support Lead
Duration: 6+ months Location: 100% Remote Role Impact: The ServiceNow IRM / BCM / TPRM Support Lead will own production support, stability, and continuous improvement for Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. This role serves as the technical escalation point for platform support, integrations, reporting, and operational excellence while ensuring reliable service delivery for business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Policy and Compliance
- ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day technical support for ServiceNow IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications in production environments
- Provide Level 2 incident and problem management support for risk, continuity, and third-party risk processes
- Maintain and optimize forms, lists, workspaces, notifications, access control lists (ACLs), and platform configurations
- Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, data loads, and data quality controls supporting governance, risk, and continuity functions
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and reporting data sources used by business stakeholders
- Support ServiceNow Workspace and UI Builder development, enhancements, and operational maintenance
