Lead shifts, maintain store appearance, and deliver fast, friendly service. Consistent onsite attendance is expected. Engage daily with customers and work with a dynamic team to accomplish store goals. Skills and Qualities: Ability to sell, communicate effectively, work quickly, think creatively, lead a team, and provide excellent customer care. Entry-level supervisory experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Retail and customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, motivation to progress, willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull up to 20 pounds, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and climbing.
