What You'll Do

-Manage and review tax engagements for a variety of clients

-Provide tax planning and advisory services

-Review tax returns and supporting workpapers

-Develop and mentor junior tax professionals

-Build and maintain strong client relationships

-Collaborate with partners and leadership on client strategies

-Support a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork

What We're Looking For

-Active CPA license (required)

-Public accounting tax experience

-Experience reviewing tax returns and tax engagements

-Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience

-Strong client service and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

-Positive, collaborative leadership style
