North Ridge Health and Rehab , a Mission Health Community in New Hope, MN , is seeking an experienced Director of Learning & Leadership (RN) to join our leadership team.

North Ridge is a premier skilled nursing campus with 320 beds , including Long-Term Care, Transitional Care, Memory Care, Assisted Living, and an on-site DaVita Hemodialysis Center. We also offer an On-Site Child Daycare Center serving children from 6 weeks through preschool.

This leadership position offers a competitive salary of $93,000–$97,000 annually , based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

About the Role

The Director of Learning & Leadership provides strategic leadership for employee onboarding, workforce development, education, and leadership development across the North Ridge campus. Working alongside campus leadership and Mission Health's Learning & Leadership team, you'll help build a culture focused on employee engagement, regulatory readiness, continuous learning, and quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Health's immersive employee onboarding program.

• Coordinate orientation, education, leadership development, and competency validation.

• Monitor Relias compliance and required education.

• Coordinate annual training and CPR education.

• Partner with department leaders to support workforce development.

• Participate in QAPI, survey readiness, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Minnesota RN license

• Three or more years of leadership experience in long-term care, assisted living, post-acute care, or healthcare

• Experience in staff development, education, or workforce development

• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  

Preferred

• CPR Instructor certification (or ability to obtain)

• Experience with Relias, onboarding, competency validation, and survey readiness
