Corporate Financial Analyst

Responsibilities The Corporate Management Analyst will support strategic legal and operational objectives across U.S. and international entities. Core responsibilities include: Analyze and evaluate corporate, operational, and legal processes to improve organizational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance Prepare, review, and coordinate SEC filings and periodic disclosures, including Forms 1-A, 1-K, and 1-U Draft and file Blue Sky notifications through the EFD NASAA platform and maintain ongoing state securities law compliance Review and advise on real estate contracts, residential leases, and HOA documents Design internal compliance checklists, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Coordinate with external counsel on documentation related to Regulation A offerings and real estate transactions Collect and analyze financial and operational data to prepare reports for senior management Utilize internal management systems to track performance metrics and maintain compliance records Salary: $64,397 per year Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Responsibilities The Corporate Management Analyst will support strategic legal and operational objectives across U.S. and international entities.
