K3 Part-Time Teacher (M/W/F) 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - St. Mary's Visitation School K3 Part-Time Teacher (M/W/F) 7:30am-12:30pm St. Mary’s Visitation School is seeking a faith-filled, nurturing, and patient, Part-Time Teacher to support our expanding K3 program for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities Model Christian behavior such as kindness, patience, and respect Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning spaces Responsible for daily instructional activities Classroom Management and Supervision Create a safe, nurturing, and structured positive classroom environment Maintain positive and professional interactions with parents Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, and transitions Maintain student portfolios and attendance Prepare classroom displays and bulletin boards Perform light cleaning and classroom organization duties as needed Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavior, and needs Participate in parent-teacher conferences Collaborate with staff and administration Qualifications Practicing Catholic preferred or willingness to support the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church Experience working with young children (ages 3-5) preferred Teacher state licensure CPR/AED First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compliance with the diocesan safe environment training and background check requirements Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and sitting on floor Ability to actively supervise young children indoor and outdoor #J-18808-Ljbffr The Archdiocese of Milwaukee
