Blended Case Manager

Join Our Team: Blended Case Manager (BCM) Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. Starting Pay and Compensation: Base hourly rate: Up to $22+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience. For hours over 27 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $30/hour. For hours beyond 32 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $40/hour. Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication. - 500 cell phone stipend of up to annually
- 2,500 annually for on-call, contingent upon on-call duties performed.
