We're seeking a Business Development Manager to develop partnerships with apartment and condominium communities, educate stakeholders on resident-focused programs, and drive engagement through outreach, presentations, events, and strategic account management.
What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with multifamily housing clients.
• Deliver trainings, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Partner with marketing teams on communications and events.
• Track activity, analyze data, and report on program success.
• Serve as a trusted resource for property management professionals.

What You'll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in property management, real estate, community outreach, business development, or urban planning.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Interest in housing, community engagement, transportation, or urban development.
