HRIS Analyst

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for an HR systems professional to play a key role in optimizing and supporting Workday functionality in a collaborative, people-focused environment. You’ll serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and business teams, driving system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and improving overall HR operations. If you enjoy working with systems, solving process challenges, and supporting HR technology initiatives, this role offers strong visibility and impact. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance Workday configuration, including business processes, security roles, and workflows Support day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring system performance and data integrity Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday Assist with system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations Identify opportunities for process and system optimization Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles Hands‑on experience with Workday configuration (required) Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures Experience with reporting and analytics tools within HR systems Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment What Our Client Offers Competitive compensation with career growth opportunities Opportunities to work on impactful HR technology initiatives Supportive leadership and team‑oriented environment Hybrid work flexibility supporting balance and productivity #J-18808-Ljbffr
