Sales Operations Analyst

Role and Impact Intel's Sales Operations Analyst bridges sales, business units, customers and operations to drive results across supply chain, forecasting and revenue optimization. The role transforms complex data into actionable insights, improves business processes and supports operational excellence to deliver value to customers. Responsibilities Manage the sales process and back‑office, acting as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales and Factory to optimize revenue and supply. Handle order types and invoice points, JIRA requests, daily and weekly pegging/invoicing, and expedite change requests. Manage demand RTF/PRF activities with customers. Partner cross‑functionally to monitor and improve data quality, availability and governance standards. Develop and implement business processes for multiple sales operations functions such as customer supply chain management and compliance tracking. Review and synthesize sales data to identify root causes of issues and drive resolutions. Enhance internal business intelligence, data visualization and reporting capabilities to support decision‑making. Deliver training on sales processes and procedures to team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. 3+ years of experience working with SAP, including expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (Order Management). 3+ years of experience managing order processes from creation to invoicing. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field. Experience with semiconductor wafer foundry operations and industry best practices. Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD) or hands‑on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution modules. Advanced Excel expertise for handling large datasets and detailed data analysis. Experience with ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing such as SAP S/4 HANA.
