Charleston, South Carolina, United States Position: Commercial Roofing Service Manager Location: Charleston, SC Tiello is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor to hire a Commercial Roofing Service Manager for their Charleston operation. This is a key leadership role overseeing the day-to‑day performance of the service division, with responsibility for operations, team leadership, client relationships, and financial performance. This role is ideal for a hands‑on service leader who understands commercial roofing, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys building strong teams and long‑term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new service opportunities Prepare service estimates and proposals while protecting margins Manage daily labor scheduling and dispatch for service projects Oversee day‑to‑day service operations and customer experience Monitor job costs, manage purchase orders, and control overtime Enforce OSHA standards, fall protection, and company safety protocols Provide hands‑on, on‑site leadership as needed to keep projects moving Oversee fleet operations and ensure drivers maintain a clean MVR Company vehicle and gas card provided Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience, with at least 3 years in a service or management role Proven ability to manage multiple service projects simultaneously Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and profitability Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, and built‑up roofing systems Experience with labor dispatching and team leadership Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Estimating and proposal experience preferred What’s in It for You $80K-$90K base salary plus profit sharing Leadership role with long‑term growth potential Company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits package Opportunity to work with a respected, growth‑focused commercial roofing contractor Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
