The role focuses on resolving user issues related to Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365, ensuring efficient ticket management and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment and strong communication skills. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Freshworks and Jira is preferred.
