The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for providing superior customer service, medical billing, accounts receivable posting, daily financial deposits, reconciliation and Vital Records.This Position will be responsible for Payment Posting, Insurance Remits, Deposits and Administrative Support Payment Posting and Insurance RemitsOversees payment intake and posting of payment reconciliation processes.Accurately posts check, electronic and credit card payments received from patients, third party insurance carriers and organizations to account ledgers.Reads explanation of benefits (EOBs) from insurance carries, post payments and make adjustments accordingly.Obtain and research insurance remittances and payments in various portals.Review, post and balance insurance recoupments and refunds.Distributes reimbursement voucher to correct revenue code.Makes necessary adjustments to accounts per established guidelines.DepositsPrepare and certify the daily deposit of state receipts for district before bank deposit.Reconciliation of receipts.
