Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a traveling position , and the ideal candidate must be comfortable and dependable when traveling between our office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
• Travel reliably between our multiple office locations as needed
• Be flexible and comfortable working at different office locations based on scheduling and staffing needs
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
• Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients and families
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions
• Follow up with new and existing patients
• Work closely with the orthodontist and team at each location
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Help ensure smooth daily operations across office locations

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and professional personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to traveling between office locations
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between our locations regularly
• Comfortable adapting to different office environments and working with various team members
• Comfortable working with patients and families
• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent patient service
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel where needed
